He is literally watching the film for the first time and his reactions are hilarious as he sounds completely perplexed and bewildered the whole time. No idea why they had him do commentary since he wasn't in it or had anything to do with it. But it is easily one of the most bizarre and memorable commentaries I've ever heard.
