Junk Food Dinner Podcast: Episode #28
Pour yourself a glass of your favorite blood type (personally we find that Type B+ goes best with junk food) because Episode #28 of Junk Food Dinner is here!
It’s the start of Schlocktober (see the post below for more details) as we kick the month off with our vampire theme show.
First, we see what happens when a family moves to a new town plagued by bloodsuckers in the 1987 film The Lost Boys starring Jason Patric, Corey Haim, Corey Feldman and Keifer Sutherland.
Then, a vapid cheerleader learns about her birthright as a hunter of the undead in 1992’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer starring Kristy Swanson, Donald Sutherland (those Sutherlands sure love vampires) Rutger Hauer, Paul Reubens and Luke Perry.
And finally, a young boy finds out the disturbing truth about his new neighbor in the superb Swedish thriller Let the Right One In from 2008.
Also, we have Nerds News, this week's DVD and Blu-Ray releases and much more!

ReplyDeleteever consider that hakan was once in oskar's position in let the right one in? hakan aged as eli didn't, and as oskar will also. you choose interesting films, but analysis is lacking.
