JFD162: The Host, Vanishing Point, Picasso Trigger

From Hawaii to Korea and back to the American West, hop in the car and take a cruise with us to cult movie locales far and wide as we discuss three far-flung movies on this week's Junk Food Dinner!

First, join us on the banks of the Han River in Seoul, South Korea as we do battle with THE HOST from 2006! Will Korea's number one Kaiju capture the Park family with its long tentacles, or will they manage to chop up that monster like a plate of sushi?

Next, we settle in for a long journey and some good tunes as ex-racecar driver Kowalski is chased across the desert by police, all while racing from his own past. It's the proto-Death Proof, VANISHING POINT from 1971.

Finally, a bunch of bombs go off amidst a bevy of bullets and boobs, but is it enough to save this Andy Sidaris flick from its own baffling plot? Find out when we discuss PICASSO TRIGGER from 1988.

All this plus witty banter between friends, Nerd News, this week's DVD & blu-ray releases, no Vampyros Lesbos, complete confidentiality, no police involvement, naked motorcycling, poorly disguised telephone repairmen, Junk (voice)Mails, and so much more!
