JFD366: Forbidden World, Fist of the Northstar, Hunk

This week on JFD we sell our movie selections and our dignity for a few measly bucks as we  let our Patreon donors pick the flicks!

Up first, our boy Josh brings us Forbidden World from 1982. In this low-budget, Roger Corman-produced, Alien rip-off, a space cowboy docks on a research ship where some scientists have inadvertently created a space mutant who is turning the crew into slimy puddles.

Up next, sweet bro Matt offers up Fist of the Northstar from 1986. This classic anime flick condenses some stories from an already popular Manga and TV show into a post-apocalyptic blood bath.

And finally, the man himself; Mickey throws us Hunk from 1987. This goofy, PG-rated, wish fulfillment beach comedy centers on a nerdy computer programmer who makes a deal with one of Satan's sexy minions to become a bodacious hunk in exchange for his soul.

[Want to be a big shot like these guys and pick the movies we watch on Junk Food Dinner? Check out our Patreon page and find out how.]

All this plus witty banter between friends, water slide chat, our producer calls in, Alien Covenant chat, Baywatch, our world famous weekly Nerd News and Blu-ray Picks, continued lack of overt police involvement, and a whole lot more!
