JFS114: Toomorrow (1970)

Our adventures in 1970's sci-fi movie musicals continue with our look at 1970's Toomorrow, the confusingly titled alien abduction slash hippie hangout flick brought to you by the guys who brought you James Bond and The Monkees. Starring Olivia Newton John?!!?

But first! Sean breaks down his new Oscar Proclamation (aka a "Prosclarmation") for 2026! The ramifications for the show going forward are massive! And then, also (!) - we definitively rank the last ten movies we reviewed on the show, in our endless re-ranking segment!

So #DonloydNow and enjoy this bite-sized Junk Food Supper. We got all this plus fake Cornetto Ice Cream based DVD commentary tracks, celebrity rotations, pan flute instrumentals (revisited), that's Wise Blood not Weyes Blood, Parker defends picking a PowerPoint presentation for us to review, streaming mainstream kaijus on netflix, a modicum of unwanted political humor, a lovely junkmail caller, the shocking all-too-true identity of the naked woman seen in Toomorrow, unchecked nosedrips, crocodile tears, blank stares, squeeky chairs, phantom gleeks and so much more!!
